Murmuration…

An extraordinary video of swarming birds, with a narration by Don Tapscott of Wikinomics and Macrowikinomics fame. He uses this as a metaphor for the possibility for humans of mutual awareness, consciousness and connectivity. One of the more interesting points is that the birds change leadership constantly and dynamically – are you ready to take leadership when it makes sense for you?
